During this difficult holiday period, the Hellenic Community of Ireland invites you to show and demonstrate your support to some families in Ireland in two possible ways:

(1) By purchasing gift vouchers from TESCO or One 4 All or similar and forwarding them to the address: Hellenic Community of Ireland, 19 Belvedere Place, Dublin 1.

(2) By lodging to the Hellenic Community Bank Account, through Donate, amounts with which we will purchase gifts from 12/12/2020 until 29/12/2020. The Hellenic Community of Ireland, continuing its efforts to help and support the Greeks living in Ireland, has created a national network of volunteers through the helpline that began in March 2020 during the virus pandemic.

We are grateful for and want to thank all our volunteers and we request that you help and support us in our effort so that nobody is left helpless in any period of their existence. Please confirm your wish to volunteer in helpline@helleniccommunity.ie.

In the local level we are co-operating with the Wheel network of volunteers (https://www.wheel.ie/), as well as with the HSE community call (https://www.hse.ie/…/intercultu…/the-community-call.html ) in each local community.

The Hellenic Community of Ireland has also co-operated since March 2020 with the organisation Robert Emmet CDP and helped families that found themselves in difficult situations through the charity Foodcloud (https://food.cloud/) .

We have also contacted the Mendicity organisation (http://www.mendicity.org/), to which some of our members have volunteered, and we have reached an agreement with it that free food will be offered to families that will require this type of support

Full discretion will be kept in order to protect the dignity and self respect of the receivers.

Greek music performed by Iordanis Sidiropoulos. Iordanis is a young Greek compser/song writer and performer that lives in Ireland since 2017. Iordanis is going to play Melina’s songs as well as some of his own compositions.

Το Ελληνικό Κτηματολόγιο ενημερώνει όσες και όσους είναι κάτοχοι ακίνητης ιδιοκτησίας στο Δήμο της Αθήνας και σε περιοχές των Περιφερειακών Ενοτήτων Κιλκίς, Εύβοιας, Βοιωτίας, Κορινθίας, Κοζάνης, Πιερίας, Λάρισας και Ημαθίας, πως ήδη έχει ξεκινήσει η Ανάρτηση κτηματολογικών στοιχείων (στην Ημαθία από 22/7).

Η διαδικασία της Ανάρτησης έχει διάρκεια δύο μηνών για τους κατοίκους εσωτερικού και τέσσερις για όσους μένουν στο εξωτερικό και πραγματοποιείται, για πρώτη φορά, πλήρως ψηφιακά, χωρίς την υποχρέωση του πολίτη για αυτοπρόσωπη παρουσία στα γραφεία Κτηματογράφησης.

Οι ιδιοκτήτες, αφού επικαιροποιήσουν τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας τους, στην ιστοσελίδα www.ktimatologio.gr, μπορούν να ελέγξουν και να επιβεβαιώσουν ή να διορθώσουν την καταγραφή της ιδιοκτησίας τους, αποφεύγοντας έτσι δικαστικές επιλύσεις που κοστίζουν σε χρόνο, χρήμα και ταλαιπωρία.

Συγκεκριμένα θα πρέπει να δουν και να ελέγξουν: 

• Την  περιγραφή και τη νομική πληροφορία των ακινήτων τους (Κτηματολογικός Πίνακας) 

• Τα όρια των γεωτεμαχίων τους (Κτηματολογικό Διάγραμμα)

Εάν συμφωνούν με τα στοιχεία της Ανάρτησης, δεν χρειάζεται να προβούν σε άλλη ενέργεια.

Εάν δεν συμφωνούν με κάποια από τα στοιχεία, μπορούν να υποβάλλουν αίτηση διόρθωσης (μέχρι την αντίστοιχη ημερομηνία λήξης), ηλεκτρονικά στο www.ktimatologio.gr ή στο γραφείο κτηματογράφησης, κατόπιν ραντεβού.

Σε περίπτωση που δεν έχουν δηλώσει στο Κτηματολόγιο την ακίνητη περιουσία τους, έχουν ακόμα περιθώριο να το κάνουν ψηφιακά στο www.ktimatologio.gr ή στο γραφείο κτηματογράφησης κατόπιν ραντεβού.

Ulysses of Dublin
To celebrate Bloomsday on 16 June 2020, the Hellenic Community of Ireland is presenting “Ulysses of Dublin” online.

Paddy Sammon will talk about the Greek influences on Joyce’s Ulysses.

Fran O’Rourke will discuss James Joyce’s relationship with music and present some of the songs the writer loved and incorporated into his writings.

Polymnia Drakopoulou will present an extract from The Sirens, the most musical episode of Joyce’s Ulysses.

> Άτομα άνω των 70 ετών
> Άτομα που ζουν σε οίκους ευγηρίας ή βρίσκονται σε οίκους μακροχρόνιας φροντίδας
> Άτομα με σοβαρές προϋπάρχουσες ιατρικές καταστάσεις που τους καθιστούν ευάλωτους όπως οι παραλήπτες μοσχευμάτων, άτομα που ακολουθούν θεραπεία κατά του καρκίνου, άτομα με σοβαρά αναπνευστικά νοσήματα ή με σπάνια νοσήματα που αυξάνουν τον κίνδυνο λοίμωξης, εγκυμονούσες γυναίκες με σοβαρά καρδιακά νοσήματα
Τι σημαίνει «κοκούνινγκ»;
Σημαίνει ότι πρέπει να μείνετε σπίτι σε κάθε περίπτωση και να αποφύγετε στενές επαφές, πρόσωπο με πρόσωπο. Η οικογένειά σας, οι φροντιστές σας και οι γείτονές σας, καθώς και οι δημόσιες υπηρεσίες μας θα εξασφαλίσουν ώστε να μην σας λείψει τίποτα.
